Our 3 year old gets fluids while sleeping for a chronic kidney disease and was needing to be changed all night long before we found these. We’re so glad she can finally sleep without being interrupted! We also love that the attached Velcro belt holds her g-tube extension in place.

Fit is perfect! Sheets and outer clothing have stayed dried! These are perfect for my son who is on TPN overnight and has very heavy diapers. No need to change bedding in the middle of the night.

The size 8 fit my 8 year old very well, I’d say they run tts. At first sight he was unsure of them, but upon wearing they look like normal shorts and he doesn’t feel any sense of embarrassment.

I initially bought a couple of protecbriefs to try them out on our toddler, who has Short Gut Syndrome causing frequent pee and poop through the night, with blowouts nearly every night. These have been a game changer! They have saved so many total bedding changes and disturbing our toddler to change soiled pajamas through the night and clothing through the day. I love them and am happy to thoroughly recommend them.

These briefs are excellent over diapers, I have to say! they wick well and are comfortable even if I have a wardrobe malfunction and can't deal with it quickly. I work long hours in slacks and I've always worried that a leak would cause an embarrassing situation at work. I'm glad that that worry will no longer occupy my mind as I go about my day.
The wild thing is, they're not waterproof, and that actually makes them work better. The PROTECbriefs gradually wick moisture all the way to the outer layer but is so diffuse once the wetness reaches the outermost layer, it’s just evaporating off and doesn’t leave my clothes wet or smelly.
I wear these to bed every night now, too. I can't express how comfortable and secure I felt the first night I wore these to bed. I was able to sleep on my side without any apprehension that it would be a problem in the morning - I *never* sleep on my side anymore, not until now. These are definitely worth the purchase. I'm going to get 2 more pairs.
